1999 Evinrude four stroke

after replacing fuel filter and new fuel pump now i have fuel coming out the overflow tube coming off the top of the fuel seperator/vap. going to my intake cover?

Need to check the float valve in vapor tank to see if seating properly.

New to forum. Hope this is the right place to put this. I also have a 99 Four stroke Evinrude that runs great in cool weather, but when it heats up to 80-95 not so good. IT will start fine when first starting, but when you stop and take a break for 30 mins or so, takes a long time to start. Have spent $ 700 at 2 different marinas and stil the same. Has a new water pump, new thermostat, new fuel line.
