Default replacing the lower unit drive shaft seal
hey, i have a 1980 25 hp evinrude and I was wondering how hard it is to replace the lower unit drive shaft seal, and if any specialty tools are required

No it's not difficult just need seal puller to remove old seals and seal driver to install new seals.
