probleme de recharge batterie (alternateur)

Sur mon HB EVINRUDE E40PL4EE l'alternateur ne débite plus; comment dois-je controler le système?
Apparament l' ALTERNATEUR n'est pas exité ?!
Comment controler le redresseur/régulareur ?
