Default tachometer snd voltage?
New tach on evinrude 115 outboard is not working ! 12 volt is OK, Gnd is good, 3volt ac from snd. What kind of reading should I get on the snd lug?

Ohms and Voltage readings vary, I recommend purchasing a service manual. The following link should ***ist you.
