Water Pump Impeller changout, other parts?

I am replacing the Water Pump Impeller on an Evinrude VE150GLETR for the first time and need to know what other parts (gaskets, O-Rings, sealant, etc) that might be needed or replaced when removing the lower unit and water pump. The engine has low hours but is 18 years old. Thanks!.
