Evinrude prop 13 1/4 x 17, 13 spline

I bought a used prop on line and just received it today. All the numbers match my current prop on my 1974, 115 hp Evinrude but the center sleeve is slightly smaller and will not fit my shaft. Best guess is about 1/16" too small to fit my shaft. Is the center hub able to be bored or pressed out and my other pressed in its place?

Any help would be great!

I am not certain. The propellers would need to be sent to a propeller repair shop.
