tune up problem

Hi there,

I have just replaced points,coils, and condensers on my 1972 envinrude 25hp. I have come to connecting the wires from the harness to the magneto. Can not remember which went to which? Does it matter? And if so, can some tell me what to look for in reconnecting them right?
