1971 evinrude 9.5hp plastic starter pulley

Just picked up a 1971 Evinrude 9.5hp and I noticed that the plastic starter pulley has some teeth missing and I would like to replace it. When the manual start rope is pulled it engages this 13 tooth plastic gear and it spins the flywheel. Does anyone know what the part # is or where I can buy one.
