Remote cable harness

I own a 15 foot 1983 Hustler Skipjack b*** boat (still in good condition). I would like to replace the cable harness that runs from the -side mounted remote control- to the motor (1983, 50 horsepower, model-E50BELCNR or E50BELCR). The original remote control and cable harness are no longer available for this boat.

Please provide me with any information on purchasing an alternative replacement for the cable harness and a replacement for the remote if necessary. Additionally, I could use any available information on how to replace the remote and or the cable harness.
