1986 Evinrude 50 VRO

I'm having carb problems. Fuel pump is working fine, bowls are full, all new fuel and tank. I've cleaned carbs and jets, have not replaced bowl seal/ gasket or the small seal in the center where the emulsion tube goes down into the cavity in the center of the float bowl. Could these seals/ gaskets be causing the fuel to not get picked up and sucked into carb ? Are there reman. carbs avail. ? Thanks !

Those gaskets do need to seal properly for engine to run right. Don't know of any place to get reman carbs.
