it fires up fine and runs fine at lower speeds. Once you give full throttle it will run fine for a second then start to bog down and hop.... it will slow down then speed up without the throttle being touched. any ideas? carbs were cleaned 6mths ago. run fuel stabilizer through it, tried seafoam. is it a throttle issue? is it a fuel issue? Could it be the fuel water seperater? any help would be very appreciated.

Could be dirty carbs, fuel restriction in fuel lines or gas tank, could be ignition breaking down on one or more cylinders.

would it still be acting properly in neutral though. It won't bog down when i put it in neutral and rev it up.
