need help to identify a 70 hp looper

I am purchasing what I believe is 1975 70 hp short shaft engine for $400 plus about $300 in shipping. I only have photos and will not be able to see the engine until the spring. I know I will need to replace the water pump and purchase a prop and hardware. I would like help to identify the engine model number. I have some good photos of the engine to show - but need help on how to do that.

The lower unit has 3 holes with screens below the cav plate and 3 vertical slots above the cav plate.

You need the model number from motor bracket to identify motor and to look up parts.

The seller has forwarded me the following model # 705725 serial#G91511
Can you tell what is the model year and indicate if I will have issues finding commonly required parts- water pump, fuel pump, carbs, electrical components etc.
