1990 60 HP Johnson VRO Torque Specs?

Anyone here know what the torque specs are for the connecting rod bolts, and crank bolts (to re***emble power head) as well as the cylinder head bolts?
Any help is appreciatted !

connection rod bolts 30-32 ft/lbs
crankcase main bearing screws/nuts 18-20 ft/lbs
crankcase flange screws 60-80 in/lbs
cylinder head screws 18-20 ft/lbs
crankcase head screws 60-80 in/lbs
make sure you check for ft/lbs or in/lbs before you torque....

Are you sure its not in / lbs on the connecting rod bolts ?

And Loctite any fasteners ?

My Manual calls for ft/lbs on the Rod Bolts.
