I would like to convert an Evinrude 25HP pull start to an electric start. Model # E25RETS
What parts will I need? Is there a kit?

Does it come with more than a starter and solenoid? Does it come with instructions?
I noticed that the part # also said "price is for one part we sell all parts individually". I am not sure what that means.

That means it is sold as an individual kit. Comes with everything to convert to electric start.
