Default Trim and Tilt Compatibility
Can I use the trim and tilt including control box, hydraulics, cables, and relays, etc. from an 86 Johnson GT 150 on a 81 (or so) model Evinrude 70?

It might but can't say for sure, they do have different part numbers on trim units.
