Is this boat/engine combination new to you or have you owned it for some time?

If for some time, did it perform properly in the past? A little history is needed.

Carbs have overhauled with metal bowls put on to replace carbon bowls. At the time I installed metal bowls I put new high speed jets in. The motor ran ok 2 years ago then I started having problems with carbon fuel bowls leaking gas. As motor will run at high speed all day once I get it up and planing wondering is there any way to test the medium jets in the carb other than running on A lake and looking inside with flash light.
