start, idle, stop 200 Hp Ficht

Have dual 2000 200 HP fichts, with both engines wide open does fine all day, idle for longer than two minutes and/or turn off and port side will not crank for a couple of minutes, Have electric but no cranking, then can run as fast or long as I want before cycle starts again, after idle or low speed will turn off. Had computers sent in for repairs twice already. any clues??
