identify my evinrude

i have an older evie, twin cyl, no reverse just turn motor all around,throtle is mounted outside on the right side, single needle valve knob, pull start.
i cannot find any numbers except just below motor mount on the lower shaft casing, it looks like 31/260, inside lower cover 380182, none of these #s show as parts # any help would be helpful
the motor runs and starts good with full choke, if you push in choke knob in at all the motor stalls, with the single needle valve knob, do you just turn it out 1 1/2 turns. do you adjust this knob for slow or fast idle?

Not sure what model it is but do need to remove and clean carb.
