Default Engine not firing on one side
Hi guys I have a 85 evinrude 115 hp outboard motor and it's only firing on one side. I've already had coil replaced, plugs, and wires. Any thoughts on what may be the cause or what could cause this?

I was told it could be the timer base? Is there any way of checking that? And could that even be the problem?
