seeking owners manual for 1973 2hp MATE

I was given a 1973 2hp MATE for my dinghy. I can get it started, choke out, but I am guessing at other adjustments to keep it running without full choke. Can anyone provide a print out on the starting and adjusting of knobs ( two knobs, one slow run rich/lean other fast run rich/lean ). So far it is hit or miss. I will purchase an owners manual if I canfind one. Thanks.
