1963 Lightwin 3hp 3302s

I'm rebuilding an old 3302 and can't get a spark. I've replaced coils, condesers, points, plugs, and wires, but can't get a spark. There's voltage at the plug end of the wire but no spark.

I'm really a n00b to all this. Is there something I'm missing?

Make sure magnets in flywheel are ok, recheck point gap setting, check the stop switch is working ok.
