Default evinrude 225hp spark issues

after changing the stator, rectifier, coils (6) and power pack motor had no spark. I did some grounding checks and went over everything again with no clues. had certified mechanic come to boat and he did a punch of tests. stator was okay. power pack not puting out, he had working pack and installed also just for the hell of it he changed the trigger. coils only getting 12volts. He left with motor still not running. Any help here???

heyyy we had the same preoblem with the same engine, finally we replace the starter motor because if the engine dont turn at the require RPM's the electrical sistem don't produce any spark! we remove the park plugs, diconect the control harnns from the engine harnnes and conect 2 batteries on 24 volt and cranck the engine by the starter solenoid with a sprk tester before replace the starter motor!!!!

try unplugging your harness at cannon plug on engine. you may have a problem with key switch or kill switch. double check kill switch lanyard. it may not be on all the way. seen many good techs baffled by a lanyard problem.
