water in oil

2000 6hp 4 stroke started running poorly after engine was hot. Found water in oil. Evinrude service center checked for leaks, thought probably a blown gasketreplaced gaskets/seal. Took it out first time since, and same thing happened after running about 1/2 hour to get to fishing spot. Checked when I got back in and water in oil again. Appreciate any suggestions.

Check to see if exhaust relief holes on back of motor housing is going under water.
