2004 v6 200hp shutting down

I have 2 2004 200 hp evinrude outboards. last two trips after about 26 mles the starboard engine shuts down, than as
i pull back on the port engine it shuts down also. Either engine will crank, the buzzers all go off as I turn the keys to start like normal and the tach lights come on but no cranking or starting. there is power to the yellow with red wire that should crank engine at the key but not cranking.was able to jump the solenoid at the engine, the engine cranks but no start. after about 30 minutes they both started and ran the rest of the way back. any
ideas?Have there been any problems with the ecu overheating and shutting everything down than cooling off and than restarting?

It needs to be checked with laptop diagnostic to see if it went into Shutdown Mode, if so what caused it.
