no spark

Hi all.
I have a 1997 70 hp. I had no spark in bottom cylinder after 5 or ten seconds when quick start timed out. Thought it might be timer base related so I replaced it. Bought it from boats.net by the way, great sight. Now have no spark in middle cylinder after 5 or ten seconds. I think this is when the power pack switches over to the regular run coils in the timer base. Is there any help you can give my on this problem.

Possible a bad power pack or wiring problem.
