96 evinrude 88hp alarm, no start

I got a rough start and it wouldn't idle. Changed plugs, started, had idle, ran about 5-6 min, shut off and now it only cranks and there is a loud alarm sounding. Had dealer reseal motor and check operation, in Feb. this is first time I am trying to start it. thanks

Is it a steady horn or does it just beep every second? Is the water pump pumping properly?
