Evinrude 35 CV breakdown

Here is a summary of the breakdown:

The first time I start the engine (starts immediately), After 2 KM full Gaz, I decelerate, then the engine does not respond the same way, . No way to speed up, it looks like it runs on a single piston. (without stopping)

- I replace the cable connection between the plug and the power supply unit
- I removed the fuel pump to check the membrane


As a precaution I will cleaning again the Carburator, but I do not think it is the problem.

No sound, which would help. Try pumping the primer bulb when it happens and see if it will run properly, if so you need a fuel pump replacement/repair.
Could be dropping a cylinder, will have to check spark when it happens. Could have some trash in the high speed jet causing a fuel restriction.
Fuel lines leaking air causing lean mixture.
