1979 4hp evinrude (needs more push)

Hey fellas,

I just purchased a 1979 4hp evinrude weedless Model# 4904D. The thing runs great!

However, it only has a 2 blade prop and I would like to get more push out of it. Ideally, just switch to a 3 blade prop of some sort.

Would the plastic prop from the standard drive of the same year work?

They only listed 1 prop in the parts breakdown, that doesn't mean that the aftermarket doesn't offer a different one. Google michigan propellers and see what you can find.
