  • 50 hp no start

I got 12 volts at starter solenoid in start position, but no starter crank. So I replaced the solenoid, but still no starter crank.
    What could be wrong?

Load test battery and check battery cables. Do you have 12 volts at yellow/red wire at solenoid when key is in start position, check ground wire to solenoid is good. Check for 12 volts on starter post of solenoid when key is in start position. If all good then starter is probably bad.
