Water Pump Impeller changout, other parts?

I am replacing the Water Pump Impeller on an Evinrude VE150GLETR for the first time and need to know what other parts (gaskets, O-Rings, sealant, etc) that might be needed or replaced when removing the lower unit and water pump. The engine has low hours but is 18 years old. Thanks!.

As long as everything is in good condition, no additional parts should be required.
