After taking the boat out on the river for an hour or two, what had been a very small leak at the point where the hose for the tell tale connects to the outer exhaust cover has turned into a bigger one.
The nylon nipple had worked it's way loose. I pulled it and wraped the threads with teflon tape and re-installed. It should be fine.
