6 HP Evinrude - water pump

I've got a 89 Evinrude 6HP that's not pumping water. The impeller looks good and is pliable. The other components in the lower unit look good as well. I should add, it hasn't run for a year.
What should I look at replacing ?

You should replace the impeller and components anyway. Also blow compressed air throught the cooling p***ages to clear any possible debri.
