Bought a 77 Ouchita Spirit with a 70s model Evinrude Triumph 60 on it and it will not go into neutral or reverse. Ive never messed with a boat engine and am a little stumped now, work on car engines all the time but this is a wee bit different I guess lol. It's a manual shift not a electric shift, not sure if it's always been that way or not though.
