Having trouble getting power to crank engine after I run my live well pumps. Just put a new battery in it. (Optima D31M) 900 cca. I can hear starter when I try to start motor. Any thoughts as the issue?

Clean all of the cable and wire terminals and the components they attach to. One loose OR tight but dirty connection will result in a voltage drop.
