Looking at different videos to rep[lace the impeller I noticed none of them had a VRO pump on the motor, so you could see the shifter shaft re-engaging, however when I looked at my motor I can see the clip that needs to be removed but I can not see where the shifter shaft actually engages with the pin, does anyone have any experience pulling the lower unit and re-engaging the shifter shaft after replacing the impeller
