    1990 #ve90tlesb 90hp v4 vro swap

    Looking for some help. Currently using the stock vro2(i believe) pump and mixing 50:1 pre-mix. I took out the oil tank because of numerous leaks in lines. It runs a little rough and would like to change to a standard pump. It does have a pulse limiter on it whick is blue in color. Any help on a pump that will work for this application would be great. Model #ve90tlesb. 1990 evinrude v4.

    fuel pump

    You can use OMC pump #:0438559 which has the pulse fitting. You just need to redirect some lines, mount it and you're up and running. Be sure to pre-mix the fuel in your tank.

      do you know what wiring changes I may need to do?

        No changes needed.... Just unplug the VRO electrical connection and make sure the harness plug is secured. If you've already removed the oil tank those wires are already gone.
