I have a 1990 Tracker 60hp TE60TLESM. Problem; Power surges, boat starts o k, give it gas and it surges for a few seconds- then dies. The dealer has put in new plugs, stator, (3)coils, total tune-up. The boat will run at very slow speed, smooth as a baby's butt but as soon as it hits 4500rpms it starts to quickly surge about 2 or 3 times and die. Any suggestions?
