1976 Evinrude 135 bogging down
This is my delima; the engine is timed properly, carbs have been taken down and cleaned albeit i didn't remove the soft plugs to certain openings because I don't have replacements. Thought about using plumbers putty to replace them. Anyways, Upon WOT most the time it wants to bogg down and die, other times it will do just fine. Checked the butterflys syncros.and they are fine. Operating temp is low 100's. fuel lines are fine, fuel pump is operating. Any ideas would be great!
