I have a 91 48spl and when I ran it the other day it started fine but when I throttled down it took off and then dropped a cylinder. I pushed the choke in and it ran fine. I had the carbs cleaned and it is doing the same thing. The gut who cleaned the carbs said it could be the power pack but that doesn't make sense to me if it runs when the choke is in. Can someone give me some ideas?
