wont stay in gear

I have a 6 hp 1967 fisherman that will not stay in gear I know that the lower unit leaks at the drive shaft but oil leavel has been maintained as much as posible. I will get it to putt nicely but give it a little throttle and it kicks out of gear anyone able to offer tips would be good. thanks in advance.

Verify your adjustments, but you likely have a worn out clutch dog and or gears.
