Can someone tell me if the pipe from the base of the crank case going to the top or the crank bearing is that supposed to have water in it at all its a twin cylinder points model
If you are talking the recirculation hose then no should have gas/oil in hose not water. It removes puddled oil from bottom of crankcase to top main bearing.
