I purchased a diagnostic cable and software for my Dad. Hes 85 years old andI'm not very familiar with boats,so I figured the best place to ask,would be an Evinrude forum.
Can anyone tell me what the bootstrap cable is used for? Cant seem to find the answer online anywhere. Software program ,doesn't seem to explain or else ,I have overlooked it. Thanks in advance.
