1983 9.9 need short shaft drive parts

I have a long shaft and want to convert to short shaft. I am trying to get the the drive shaft and the shifter used due to the price. does anyone have them

You might google, marine salvage, and start calling and see if you can find one.
Or you might think about a jack plate on your transom.
