I have a '70, 25HP in cherry condition, I want to rig to my restored Whaler w/ wire-rope steering. The front handle on the engine has a keyhole for the steering bracket, but I can't find a bracket that is correct; I did purchase a bracket kit, (OMC #379568) but it uses a bolt, instead of a spring-loaded pin w/ a knob on the front to turn & lock it into place. Any ideas out there, guys? (& gals !)
